The yellow studio as the capacity for 2 extra guests. The green studio as the capacity for 1 extra guest. The blue studio only has capacity for 2 people.

Extra bed (+10 years old) will cost 25 Euros with breakfast included. Babies up to 3 years old stay free. Between 4 and 10 years old the rate is 15 Euros with shared breakfast.

Informations:

• Low season minimum stay 2 nights
• High season months of July, August and September minimum stay 5 nights
• Smoking not allowed inside the studios.
• Breakfast will be placed at the door of your studio at 9.00 am (included in the price).
• Check out before 12.00 pm
• Check in after 3 pm.  If your estimated time of arrival is after 8pm please let us know so we ensure you have a pleasant and quick welcome.
• Pets are not allowed.

Payment Conditions

• A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking total is required.
• Full booking balance is due on the day of arrival.
• Payments by cash, banktransfer or by Paypal are accepted.
• Visa Credit, Maestro / Switch, Mastercard, American Express have a 6%  extra charge and is not always available.

Cancellation Conditions

In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) no refund will be given.
